Dhanajeevam Labs Private Limited (DLPL) provides comprehensive testing and research services to medical device manufacturers. Our aim is to help qualify their products for biological suitability, ensuring safety and compliance with EU MDR 2017/745, EU 2017/746 (IVDR), and U.S. FDA regulations.
Since its inception in 2017 as a start-up business, Dhanajeevam Labs has grown exponentially. With shared laboratory facilities with renowned educational institutions, we have become an indispensable testing and research facility supporting medical device manufacturers in India and abroad. Our expertise lies in microbiological, biological, and toxicological testing.
We offer technical consultation services to establishments involved in sterile medical device manufacturing. Our services include onsite review, cost-effective plan modifications, and the effective implementation of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 13485:2016 and Indian Medical Devices Regulations (IMDR). Additionally, we support clients in conducting training seminars to enhance knowledge and facilitate continual improvement in areas such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GHP (Good Hygienic Practices), and sterilization methods (Steam, EO, and Gamma).
